Most of the time spent doing a home inspection is by myself. It gives me time to focus on the inspection and try to figure out issues with the house. In a crawlspace though, inevitably, I seem to always find a friend or two to tag along with me during that part of the inspection. The other day was no exception. I was in the crawlspace trying to maneuver around and what did I see? This big boy waiting for dinner. This is a wolf spider. They look mean, are very big, and can act aggressive but are relatively harmless to humans.
Crawlspaces sure are fun.
